  • 3-position snatch (top-down) @75% x1 x4
  • back squat @75% x5 x4
  • Mobility Work: pick your 3 most problematic areas and mobilize (at least 1 minute each side). Become a supple leopard.

Finally, a quick word on gym etiquette. This is just something that you already observe, but it doesn’t hurt to be reminded.
