  • 3-position snatch 5×1 (medium)
  • hovering snatch high pulls 5×3
  • BS heavy double
  • weighted T2B 3×10 (scale to strict unweighted)

  1. 3PS: 40 kg. First two parts of the rep followed by overhead squat.
    Snatch Pull: Worked up 50 kg
    BS: 165#
    Unweighted toes-to-bar attempts.
