C’ville Strength Workout: Monday 10/29

Mighty mice

  • work up to a heavy single power snatch
  • snatch high pull 5×5 (@105% of PS weight)
  • front squat (heavy) 8×2
  • max weighted pull-up


**This week will be heavy. Prepare yourselves for PRs. We highly suggest you consider the C’ville Strength workout as your ONLY workout for the day this week (or ever, really, but especially this week). Next week we will de-load in preparation for another Oly Total on the weekend (Nov. 10/11)!**

  1. Sandy canceled my flight home yesterday, so 6.5 hours of driving later, I was feeling a bit slow today…

    Power Snatch: 65kg
    High Pull: 70kg
    Front Squat: 80kg
    Pull up: 15kg (1st time ever maxing a weighted pull up…lots of room for improvement)
