C’ville Strength Workout: Sunday 11/18

Clean fails, clean PRs, jerk fails, jerk PRs, clean & jerk PRs…. C’ville Strength peeps putting in hard work, and some of it gets caught on camera. Sorry about my screaming, but I get excited when you lift heavy.

  • cleans from the blocks (knee height) –> heavy single
  • push press 5×5 (~60% of your max jerk)
  • snatch grip RDLs 3×5 (light, suggested weights: 50kg/35kg)
  • throw slam ball** for distance x3 (20#/15#)

**this movement might actually come in handy during CrossFit…
