  • power snatch 60%x3, 70%x3, 75%x3, 80%x1x3 (percent of max snatch)
  • push press 5×3 (medium/heavy)
  • BS 3×3 (heavy)
  • L-sit holds x4 sets (to failure)

  1. Before class worked on weighted pistols: 2×2 @ 25 lbs, 2×1 @ 35 lbs

    Power Snatches: 47 kg
    Push Press: 40 kg
    Back Squat: 90 kg
