Teach me how to jerk.

  • snatch balance (heavy single)
  • 2-position clean (bottom-up) x6 (AHAP with good form)
  • GMs 5×3 (medium)
  • front/back lever skill work and progressions

  1. How’d you all like those power snatches? How about those cleans? Every feel like honing in on some technique — and possibly getting stronger?   2. Still in Burma, no dropping these old rusty iron plates in my hotel gym, so I went light


    2 pos clean: 65

    GMs: 55

    Also, I went and found the national training center for the Burmese weightlifting team yesterday.They are prepping for the Southeast Asia games next year; it was so cool to see that kind of prep in a beat up old gym but everyone throwing up big weight!
