C’ville Strength Workout: Wednesday 12/19

Kelly Starrett officially endorses tricking and “dicking” around.

  • 3 position snatch at 60%x3 (percent of 1RM snatch)
  • front squat 80% x2x10 (percent of 1RM FS)
  • 4 rounds: 5 strict toes to bar (two second pause with toes touching bar) and 5 kip-ups (failed attempts still count; be explosive)

This will be the last C’ville Strength workout until after the new year.  Thank you all for your dedicated efforts this year.
