  • power snatch — 60% (of snatch) x 3 x 5
  • power clean & power jerk — 60% (of C&J) x 2 x 5
  • Good Mornings (straight knee, straight feet) 5 x 5, light
  • Notes: these triples and doubles are not “touch-and-go”. Reset yourself before each one. Focus on form.
