  • eccentric pause back squat — 75% x 3 x 5 (tempo: 51X0)
  • bent-over rows — 5 x 2 AHAP (completely strict)

  1. Snatch: 70, 75, 81kg
    The first 81 I managed to not run off the platform just barly and the second I bottomed out and caught my balance before standing.
