  • snatch 75% x2x2, 80% x1x2, 85% x1x2 (if you’re feeling good, perform final rep at 90-95%)
  • back squat 75% x3x2, 80% x3x2, 85% x2x2, 90% x1x2
  • accumulate 3 minutes in hollow position (rock, if possible)
