C’ville Strength Workout: Sunday 1/27/13

  • snatch pull + hang snatch + snatch @55% x6
  • power clean + 2FS + jerk @55% x6 (% of clean)
  • 3 rounds of weighted toes to bar and prone hamstring curls (stop just short of failure on both exercises)
