C’ville Strength Workout: Monday 2/11

  • 3 position  clean 60% x3
  • straight-leg goodmorning (light) 5×5 tempo 5110 (emphasis on very slow eccentric — think of this as a weighted hamstring stretch)
  • weighted strict toes-to-bar 5×5 (keep reps short of failure)

Whether or not you maxed this weekend, please take it easy this week.  We will be deloading today and Wednesday, and then ramping-up into a new training cycle on Saturday.  This new training cycle will last until mid-April and is intended to have you all reaching peak performance in time for the Oly meet at RVA in late April.  More about this cycle on Saturday…
