C’ville Strength Workout: Wednesday 3/27

Kendrick Farris style — 197kg Clean and (squat) Jerk

  • max jerk
  • clean-grip overhead squat –> heavy triple
  • 3 alternating rounds: light barbell pull-overs (10-15 reps), light bent dumbbell fly (10-15 reps)

  1. Jerk: 55kg SCARY! (need to get over the fear of heavy things!)
    OH Squat: 35kg I think (I actually like these!)
    Pull Overs: 15lbs
    Dumbbell Fly: 5lbs
