Non-meet-prep workout:

  • max deadlift
  • max weighted pull up

Meet-prep workout:

  • 90% of snatch opener x1x6 (2 minutes rest between attempts)
  • 90% of clean and jerk opener x1x4 (2 minutes rest between attempts)
  • mobility work
