C’ville Strength Workout: Wednesday 5/8

Their enthusiasm for each other’s successes reminds me of you all!

  • Snatch — heavy single for the day*, 80% (of HS) x1 x3
  • Clean & jerk — heavy single for the day, 80% (of HS) x1 x3
  • Front Squat — 95% x2, 100% x1, 105% x1 x2 (% of clean)

*today is not a day to chase weight; rather, attempt to hit a weight that is within ~90-100% of your 1RM, and certainly attempt a PR if you’re feeling good. If you miss, however, move on. You only have 1.5 hours to complete it all, so get after it!
