C’ville Strength Workout: Sunday 5/12

**Happy Mother’s Day!**

And we continue our deload week — are you doing your mobility work? Here’s one from the vaults to help prep for that close-grip bench press:

  • drop snatch (NO dip) @70% x3 x5 (% of POWER snatch)
  • close-grip bench press @70% x4 x6 (lighter than last week!)
  • weighted pull-ups 8×3
