C’ville Strength Workout: Wednesday 5/15

  • snatch cluster (1-1-1) x3, 20 seconds rest between lifts, 3 minutes rest between sets. Work up to 85-90% (same weight across)
  • C&J cluster (1-1-1) x3, 20 seconds rest between lifts, 3 minutes rest between sets. Work up to 85-90% (same weight across)
  • front squat @85% x2 x3

  1. you all excelled at today’s challenge, and it’s amazing to see! Big weights were put up with great form and determination… couldn’t ask for more!

  2. shoulder press: 44.5 kg, 5X3 (2 minutes rest between sets)
    dumbbell rows on bench: Worked up to 70# for 3-4 reps
    band walks using 25# plate

  3. Snatch 80-85-90kg missed the last two of set 3
    Clean and jerk: 95kg missed rep 3 of set two feeling totally spent.
    Front squat: 110kg

  4. Finally back on the training cycle after honeymoon (of food) in Italia
    Snatch: 85 lbs (they have lbs, not kg!!!)
    Clean and Jerk: 100 lbs
    FS: 105 lbs
