Now let us begin Week 2 of the 2nd Summer cycle: PRECISION.

  • block/hang clean @75% x3, @80%x3, @85% x2 x3
  • back squat @80% x4, @85% x3, @90% x2 x2, @80% x5
  • tabata weighted plank hold (20/15kg)

Compare to 5/25/13.

FUTURE CONSIDERATIONS:
The current lifting cycle is programmed to end just in time for the next local USAW weightlifting meet on JULY 27: the VA State Meet in Ashland, VA! Let us know soon if you’d like to compete, so we can organize a contingent!
