Make sure your shoulders are warm and mobile today, folks, you’re going to need them…

  • snatch balance @75% x4, @80% x4, @85% x3 x3 (% of snatch)
  • rack jerk @80% x3, @85% x2, @90% x1 x3
  • (weighted) pull-ups 5×5 (experiment with different grips: supinated, pronated, wide-grip, close-grip, mix-grip…)

 

ANNOUNCEMENT:

The gym will be CLOSED on June 8 (Saturday) due to the Sabatini Strength Seminar. We will be open and running as usual back on Sunday (starting at 11:00am!).
