DELOAD WEEK — 3rd week of the 2nd Summer Cycle: PRECISION! The weights will feel light. Let them. Focus on form.

  • Clean & Jerk Complex (clean pull + power clean + hang clean + jerk) @60% x1, @70% x1 x4
  • Front Squat @75% x5 x4
  • Alternating 3x: 20 Russian twists (45/35# KB); 10 DB curls (each side, working weights)
