- Snatch triple cluster* @80% x3 @85% x3, @85-90% x3
- C&J triple cluster @80% x3, @85@x3, @85-90%x3
- Front Squat @85% x2 x3
*For the Clusters you are doing THREE SINGLES with 20 seconds rest between each rep, and 3 minutes rest between sets. Do not exceed 90% on the final set. Ideally, the only missed rep (if any) is the very last one of your final set.
