  • snatch balance @80% x3, @85% x2, @90 x1 x3 (% of snatch, make or miss)
  • rack jerk @85% x2, @90% x2, @95% x1 x3 (make or miss)
  • partner slam-ball GHD sit-ups* 3×10-15 (suggested: 20#/15#)

*For the GHD sit-ups: P1 sets up in the GHD while P2 stands about 10 feet in front. P1 throws the slam-ball to P2 as s/he sits-ups, and P2 throws the slam-ball back to P1 as P1 is about to descend.
