Team USA goes heavy at the Olympic Training Center in preparation for the Pan-Ams and University Worlds.

Heavy Singles Wednesday! Everything is “make or miss”, but if you’re not “feeling it” today, just stick with ~90%. On the other hand, if you are feeling completely on, yes please use that good mojo and go for a little PR.

  • snatch @90% x1 x2, @95% x1, @100% x1
  • clean & jerk @90% x1 x2, @95% x1, @100% x1
  • front squat 2RM

  1. Snatch: 72 x 1×2, 75×1, 80 – got it after two silly misses…PR!
    Clean and Jerk: 93, 97, 103 (missed clean forward on toes)
    Front Squat: got 100 for 2, 105 missed the second squat lost rack position
