**if you did the Seminar yesterday, you probably want to take today off 🙂 **

  • snatch @90% x1 x4 (make or miss, if miss the first one then go 85%)
  • snatch pulls @90% x2, @100% x2 x3
  • back squat @80% x2 x4

Think about taking Tuesday off to let your body get ready for Wednesday’s lifting. You’ve been pulling heavy a lot lately. Eat well, sleep well, be well, and then lift well.
