  • snatch @60% x3, @65% x2, @70% x1, @75% x1 x2
  • clean + jerk @60% x2, @65% x(2+1), @70% x1, @75% x1 x2
  • stretch/mobilize (athlete’s choice)

Take advantage of these light weights. Focus on technique. Rest up the next couple days, eat lots of food, and get after those maxes this weekend!
