Congratulations to everyone who set a new PR this weekend, and congratulations to Elizabeth for competing in the USAW National Championship! If you didn’t get a chance to max this weekend, you should come in and max on Monday.
The next week and a half will be technique intensive, and will provide a bridge into the next training cycle, which will start on Saturday, August 10th. Enjoy the light weights. Sh*t is about to get heavy.
