  • back squat 60% x 6 x 3
  • close-grip bench press 60% x 5 x 3
  • deadlift (work up to heavy single for the day; if you’re feeling good, go for a PR)
  • pull ups (one set for max reps)

    6×3 at 225# – going for big speed out of the bottom
    1-1-1-1 275-295-305-315

    5×3 at 185# close grip
    Then max reps normal grip – 17

    Three max rep attempts chin ups with 3 minute rest between rounds
    31-20-17
