  • block/hang snatch 65% x 2 x 6
  • power jerk 65% x 2 x 6
  • explosive jerk dip squats with bands 95% x 2 x 4
  • strict toes to bar (no kip, straight legs) with 2 second pause at top — 3 sets to near failure

  1. Done Thursday:
    5×5 back squat 50 kg (slightly less than 75% because last rep of first set was super ugly and I didn’t want to keep breaking form. I’ll try to stick to the percentages though, I promise!)
    Some 20 kg shoulder presses in between sets (~5 reps)
