  • snatch 65% x 2 x 8
  • snatch pull 85% x 5 x 3
  • jerk (heavy single for the day)
  • GHD sit ups 3 x 10-15 (add weight if possible)

Beginner cycle:

  • power snatch 60% x 3 x 5
  • power clean + power jerk 60% x 2 x 5
  • good morning (light, wide stance, straight leg) 5 x 5
    (compare to 1/6/13)
