Saturday 8/17

Wave cycle (heavy):

  • snatch 90% x 1 x 3
  • clean and jerk 90% x 1 x 3
  • back squat 85% x 3 x 3
  • 3 sets of: band triceps pull-down x 5-10 and prone hamstring curls (to near failure)

Beginner cycle:

  • clean and jerk — heavy single for the day; 75% of that x 1 x 5
  • front squat — heavy single for the day; 85% x 2 x 2
  • accumulate 80 hollow rocks or accumulate 2 minutes in a hollow hold

    Clean and Jerk: Attempted 72 F, 1×70 , 1x 67.5
    Back Squat: 85 kg
    Both my Back Squat and Clean didn’t go well today
