Wave cycle (tech):

  • clean and jerk 65% x 2 x 10
  • clean pull 85% x 5 x 5
  • snatch balance — heavy single for the day
  • 3 sets of: V-ups x 10-15 and supine windshield wipers x 10

Beginner cycle:

  • power snatch 75% x 1 x 10
  • power clean + jerk 75% x 1 x 10
  • L-sit pull ups 3 x 5
  • Turkish get-up — work up to a heavy triple
    (compare to 1/13/13)

    3 sets of blue band pullups and 20 Russian Twists at 35lbs
