You will be maxing three days this week. DON’T PANIC. These days are for lifting heavy, but not for chasing PRs. You should work up to something that is maximal for the day. If you are having a great day, and are hitting with nearly 100% accuracy, go ahead and try for a PR attempt. One miss, and you’re done.
- clean 80% x 2 x 2, 85% x 1 x 3, 90% x 1 x 2
- front squat + jerk — heavy single (for the day)
- 3 x 5 strict bar muscle ups (or strict dips and max-height pull ups)
