Wave cycle (heavy):

  • snatch – max
  • clean and jerk – max
  • front squat 60% x 2 x 10

Your goal for today is, if possible, to repeat your performance from Saturday.  Absolutely no PR attempts (that includes you, Bryce).  If you’re feeling tired, don’t push it.  Once you’re above 80%, two misses means you’re done.

Beginner Cycle:

  • snatch 75% x 2 x 2, 80% x 1 x 2, 85% x 1 x 2
  • back squat 75% x 3 x 2, 80% x 3 x 2, 85% x 2 x 2, 90% x 1 x 2
  • accumulate 3 minutes in a hollow hold
    (compare to 1/21/13)

ANNOUNCEMENT: 1 year birthday (and Labor Day) party (Facebook invite)
Where: Jenni’s house, 1603 E. Market St.
When: Sept. 2 (Labor Day), 1-4pm.
What to bring: anything you want to eat/drink (we’ll fire up the grill!). Potluck style encouraged.
Why: we’ve been helping you fill our your pants for a year now! Come celebrate!
