Wave cycle (heavy):

  • snatch – max
  • clean and jerk – max
  • back squat – max

PRs would be alright today, but don’t force them. Compare to Monday.

Beginner cycle:

  • 3 position snatch 60 – 70 % x 8
  • 3 position clean 60 – 70 % x 6
  • pause back squat 3 x 5 with explosive concentric, tempo 93X0
    (compare to 1/23/13)

DON’T FORGET! Our 1 year birthday (and Labor Day) party (Facebook invite)
Where: Jenni’s house, 1603 E. Market St.
When: Sept. 2 (Labor Day), 1-4pm.
What to bring: anything you want to eat/drink (we’ll fire up the grill!). Potluck style encouraged.
Why: we’ve been helping you fill our your pants for a year now! Come celebrate!

    Clean & Jerk: 100 – 105 (miss clean) – 105 (~95% 1RM)
    Total: 193 (2.5kg PR compared to June 3)

    Clean: 115 (tie PR compared to April 25)
