Wave cycle (heavy):

  • snatch 80% x 1 x 7
  • clean and jerk 80% x 1 x 7
  • pause back squat – 3 rep max
  • band-resisted hip thrusts 3 x 10-15

Beginner cycle:

  • 3 position clean 60% x 4
  • snatch balance – heavy single for the day
  • band-resisted hip thrusts 4 x 10-15
  • band monster walks 3 x 10 (each direction)
