  • snatch 90% x 1 x 3
  • back squat 85% x 3 x 3
  • weighted superman holds x 3

Beginner cycle:

  • hang snatch (from below the knee), work up to heavy single
  • max jerk drop
  • tempo back squat (medium weight) 3 x 3, tempo 51×0
  • weighted superman holds x 3
