Wave cycle (heavy):

  • snatch 90% x 1 x 3
  • clean and jerk 90% x 1 x 3
  • 3 rounds of: straight leg good morning (light) x 10 and V-ups x 10-15
  • max height box jump

Beginner cycle:

  • hang snatch (from below the knee) 60% x 2 x 8
  • pause clean pull (2 second pause below knee) 90-100% x 3 x 3
  •  3 rounds of: straight leg good morning (light) x 10 and V-ups x 10-15 (sub leg raise for V-up if necessary)
  • max height box jump
