Wave cycle (heavy):

  • snatch 90% x 1 x 3
  • clean and jerk 90% x 1 x 3
  • pause back squat, work up to 2 rep max

Beginner cycle:

  • power clean and jerk, work up to a heavy single for the day
  • snatch pulls 90-100% (of snatch) x 3 x 3
  • front squat, work up to heavy triple for the day

    C&J 1X3: 100

    Knees out setup on snatch felt amazing
    Wider feet/hand placement on C&J felt good
    7th workout day in a row
