Wave cycle (heavy):

  • snatch – max
  • clean and jerk – max
  • back squat 90% x 1 x 5
  • V-ups 3 x 15-20

Note: Do not push for PRs today.  Two misses and you’re done.

Beginner cycle (heavy):

  • power snatch, heavy single for the day
  • max tall jerk
  • hovering clean pull (on riser), work up to heavy triple
  • V-ups 3 x 10-15
