  1. Power Snatch + OH Squat + Snatch (2 sec pause at bottom)
    – 37 kg x 5 (dropped last snatch because distracted, reset and then nailed it)
    – 2 kg heavier than last week!
    PP + BTN Jerk + Jerk (5 sec pause in both jerks)
    – 40 kg x 5 (same weight as last week)
    1 1/4 Front Squats 3 x 5 @ 45kg (1 kg more than last time! Booyah!)
    Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 x (6 or 7) @ 20 lbs

  2. opted out of the workout due to knee pain 😦

    close-grip bench press 4×4 81kg
    snatch grip shoulder press 3×10 30kg supersetted with toes-to-bar 3×10
