B. Hang snatch high-pull; 4 x 4 [flat-footed]

C. Front Squat; 85% x 3 x 5

  1. clean complex: 60kg to 90kg PC+FS+jerk x 3 then 2 PC+FS+C&J then 1 at 80kg
    hang snatch high pull: 4×4 at 60kg
    FS: 3×5 at 90kg
