Saturday – Sunday 11/2-11/3

You can do this either Saturday or Sunday, but do both lifts in the same session. If you max Saturday, you can still come in Sunday for recovery work.

A. Max Snatch
B. Max Clean & Jerk

Optional: Max Front Squat

**if you are competing next weekend, start getting used to lifting on the platform and/or using the nice bars, if you aren’t already**
