Final week of the Front Squat Cycle starts today! This week will be a little lighter (aka a “de-load”) in preparation for maxing all the lifts (snatch, clean & jerk, and front squat) next weekend.
- Snatch: Weightroom Warrior Lite*
- Clean & Jerk: Weightroom Warrior Lite*
- 1¼ front squat @60% x4 x5
*Same rules as before [9 attempts total for each lift beginning with 75%], but this time the goal is as many successful attempts at 85% as possible.
