On Saturday December 7, 2-5pm at Boylan Heights we will be having our end of year extravaganza (for Crossfit Charlottesville & C’ville Strength), so put it on your calendars!  Burger bowls, milkshakes, sweet potato fries, awesome people, annnnnd some of you might just be up for an award…

    @65% x2 x3 50kg
    @75% x2 x2 65kg

    high block (mid-thigh) snatch pull
    @85% x3 x3 70kg (Felt like nothing)
    @95% x3 x2 80kg

    back squat
    @85% x2 x5 Squatted for while. A couple sets at 140, a set or two at 150 and two sets at 155 (Didn’t feel super today)
