  • snatch balance — work up to heavy single
  • bent row 3 x 10 (medium)

  1. snatch DROP (no dip whatsoever) –> worked up to 113# before bottom catch position started getting iffy/wobbly. Then did triples of snatch balance (slight dip) at that weight.

    high hang power snatches x4x4 @83# for speed/tech
