  • 3 rounds of: barbell ab roll-outs x 5-10 and weighted plank holds

    Snatch pulls: 95% – 60kg 100% – 70kg
    Front Squat- 4X4 at 70
    10 barbell roll outs at 40kg and around 45 sec per hold with 15kg plate
