  • back squat 70% x 5 x 4, 75% x 3, 85% x 1
  • dumbbell walking lunges 4 x 20 (long strides, light/medium weight)

 

Some important holiday schedule info for this coming week:

  • Monday 12/23: C’ville Strength will be at 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 12/24: Gym Closed
  • Wednesday 12/25: Gym Closed
  • Thursday and Friday: limited evening classes — check the main schedule for info.
  • Saturday 12/28: Back to normal squatting

    Dumbbell Walking Lunges (used 2x35lb kettlebells) 4×20
    Gonna feel those lunges tomorrow.
