  • bodyweight bulgarian split squat 3 x 8 (per leg) — think of this as a dynamic hip-flexor or “couch” stretch

  • Monday 12/23: C’ville Strength will be at 5:30pm
  • Tuesday 12/24: Gym Closed
  • Wednesday 12/25: Gym Closed
  • Thursday and Friday: limited evening classes — check the main schedule for info.
  • Saturday 12/28: Back to normal squatting
