  • clean high pull 90% x 3, 95% x 3, 100% x 3
  • dumbbell walking lunges 4 x 20 (long strides)

  • Tuesday 12/24: Gym Closed
  • Wednesday 12/25: Gym Closed
  • Thursday and Friday: limited evening classes — check the MindBody schedule for info.
  • Saturday 12/28: Back to normal squatting
