  • power clean and jerk 70% x 1 x 6
  • weighted pull ups — work up to heavy triple

    Power Clean + Jerk: 60 kg
    Weighted Pull ups: Worked on One Arm PUs using a band in lieu of a rope for the non-pulling arm
